Use of a pole for two hours for your own personal training . Work on what you have learned in class . This is not a class but an instructor will be there should you have any questions. You will do own warmup /cooldown. Not a space to work on things you have not been taught yet . Everyone will have their own pole in this session. Can come for full two hours or just part
